  • Gift voucher operators – to fulfill a gift voucher order. Transferred data may include: name, surname, email address.
  • Payment service providers – to ensure payments for services.
  • IT, technical maintenance, marketing, and analytics service providers – only as much as necessary to ensure system operation, customer service, or marketing activities.
  • Debt collection service providers. Transferred data may include: name, surname, address, date of birth.
  • State institutions – when required by law or their legitimate requests (e.g., tax inspectorate, law enforcement institutions).

8.3. The Company ensures that partners process your data only according to contractual obligations, adhering to data protection principles.

8.4. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), this is done only by applying appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions).
